三、例文展示
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am privileged to write in support of my dear friend and student, Peter Yang, as both the professor and mentor in charge of his class.
I got to know Mr. Yang a few years ago while I was teaching International Finance to a class of finance majors. Mr. Yang was in my class, and his excellent performances on several occasions such as group discussions and open debates really took me by great surprise. His insight into international finance as well as the perspectives he cut into the analysis of finance market aroused my great curiosity about his excellent capability in doing research work. Upon the completion of the Bachelor degree, he moved on to pursue his study for a Master’s degree in the same field and I was very lucky to be his supervisor. Mr. Yang is very friendly and easy-going. He has always been an honest person. Many of his classmates have mentioned on different occasions about how helpful he is and to which I simply cannot agree more.
Mr. Yang is now applying to your prestigious university to further his study. I firmly believe he is bound to achieve remarkable success and realize the true value of his life in the future academic studies and researches.
Should you have questions, please feel free to contact me.
Yours sincerely,
Smith
